Ave Armor Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how Raven Vector handles information when you use the Ave Armor app, visit avearmor.com, or contact us for Ave Armor support. It supplements Raven Vector’s general privacy policy with product-specific details for Ave Armor.

2. Information stored on your device

Depending on the features you use, Ave Armor stores the following locally:

• Saved crests, prayer cards, memes, thumbnails, and favorite status.
• Household names, family member display names, virtue-focus selections, and Weekly Practice progress.
• Daily Armor check-in dates, streak and milestone progress, and favorite verses and prayers. The Home Screen widget reads today’s verse and your favorites from shared storage on the same device.
• Your place in an unfinished Rosary, which is not included in backups, and your chosen Rosary prayer companion.
• App preferences such as your Today scene and reminder time, onboarding status, and cached purchase-entitlement status.

This information is not transmitted to Raven Vector and is removed according to the normal data and app-deletion controls provided by iOS.

3. Information associated with this website and support

Avearmor.com does not use advertising SDKs, analytics tags, tracking pixels, account registration, or contact forms. The site does not set its own marketing or analytics cookies.

When your browser requests a page, our hosting provider, Netlify, may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, referring page, and request time as needed to deliver, protect, and operate the hosting service. Netlify handles that information under its privacy statement.

If you email Raven Vector for support or a privacy question, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. Please do not send private household information or devotional artwork unless it is necessary to resolve your request.

4. How Raven Vector uses information

Raven Vector uses information you voluntarily provide to respond to support and privacy requests, diagnose reported problems, protect Ave Armor and this website, comply with legal obligations, and maintain or improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

5. Purchases

Apple processes Ave Armor Pro purchases, optional tips, restores, refunds, and Family Sharing through the App Store and StoreKit. Tips support the app and unlock nothing. Ave Armor receives transaction and entitlement information from Apple and caches only the local unlock status needed to enable purchased features. Raven Vector does not receive your payment-card details.

6. Notifications

If you enable a Daily Armor reminder, iOS schedules it locally. Ave Armor does not use a remote notification service or send reminder data to Raven Vector.

7. Sharing, exports, and backups

Ave Armor creates PNG, PDF, and backup files on your device. Files leave the app only when you choose a destination using the iOS share sheet or save them to a location you select. Backups are not encrypted by Ave Armor, so store them securely. The privacy practices of the destination you choose are governed by its provider.

8. Children and family use

Family Mode uses local household and member-profile labels to create devotional artwork and Weekly Practice keepsakes. Ave Armor does not create child accounts, collect ages, or transmit family-profile information to Raven Vector.

This website does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information to Raven Vector may contact us to request deletion.

9. Service providers and disclosures

Raven Vector may use service providers only where needed to operate the website or respond to communications, including Netlify for website hosting and the relevant email provider for messages you send. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, Raven Vector, or the public.

10. Your choices, retention, and security

You control whether to create an export, save a backup, enable a local reminder, or email support. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you directly provided to Raven Vector, subject to legal, security, and operational limits.

Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Raven Vector uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Ave Armor, this website, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
